To advance education for the public benefit in the historical heritage of Garstang and its surrounding villages. Providing a heritage centre for the inhabitants of, and visitors to, Garstang and its surrounding area to enable the community, educational establishments, voluntary and other organisations to share in the preservation of the Heritage of Garstang and District.
