Advance the education (including but not limited to social and physical training) of people in need by reason of youth, age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage in such ways as the Trustees think fit; andprovide relief and assistance to people in need by reason of youth, age, ill-health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantage.
