SAPPHIRE WOMEN FOUNDATION

We delivered 8 week of training on confidence building, where participants were asked to draw a mental image of themselves in relation to their levels of confidence; those who had very low level of confidence at the start of the programme developed a considerable amount by the end of the 8 week training.
