HARMONY - ACTION THROUGH THE ARTS

To promote the education & performance of music for people under the age of 25 who are socially/economically disadvantaged - for example through:1. the creation of interactive projects 2. the provision of professional musicians & educators 3. mentoring schemes to enable young people to fulfil their potential 4. the provision of direct assistance in the form of grants & subsidies.
