To promote humane behaviour towards equine animals by providing education to the public, including adults and children, pertaining to equine animal welfare in general and the prevention of cruelty and suffering among equine animals, and to provide appropriate care, protection and treatment for animals in need by reason of sickness, maltreatment or poor circumstances.
