The relief of financial hardship among rough sleepers and other vulnerable people in and around Whitstable, Kent. Sadly, CTiW Haven Project (Haven) has closed permanently and is now in dormancy due to serious safeguarding issues. Haven, a CIO, is solvent and will be able to meet all its financial obligations in full.
