ROTHWELL COMMUNITY LIBRARY TRUST

The objects of the CIO are to promote for the benefit of the residents of Rothwell and surrounding area or communities the provision of a public library for recreation and or other leisure time occupation of individuals and the public at large who have need of such facilities by reason of their youth, age, infirmity or disablement, financial hardship or social or economic circumstances.
