THE MAYOR OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY AND COUNTY OF SWANSEA'S APPEAL FUND

The object of the Fund shall be to futher such exclusively charitable objects as the Mayor may decided from timt to time providing that any gift made in special trusts in connection with the fund shall be subject to the terms and conditions of that gift.
