SUTL CAZENOVE CHARITY UCITS FUND

The SUTL Cazenove Charity UCITS Fund (the "Trust") is an umbrella UCITS unit trust. The Trust currently operates three sub-trusts: the Charity Bond Fund, the Charity Equity Value Fund and the Charity Equity Income Fund. The Trust is established exclusively to further the charitable purposes of the charities that directly or indirectly hold units in the sub-trusts.
