To help to preserve and protect the health of people in the villages of Marloes, Dale, St Brides and the surrounding areas by providing, assisting in the provision of and managing the maintenance of public access defibrillators and other public access technological solutions for pre-hospital / pre-ambulance care (hereinafter referred to as PADs).
