(i) To advance the Islamic faith in Newcastle City area.(ii) To provide or assist in the provision of facilities in the interests of social welfare forrecreation or other leisure time occupation of individuals. (iii) Such other charitable purposes for the benefit of the inhabitants of Newcastle Cityand the surrounding area as the trustees think fit.'
