UNLOCKED GRADUATES

To promote the rehabilitation and education of prisoners and ex-prisoners and the reduction of reoffending by:(i) the provision of a specialised programme of education and training for graduate prison officers;(ii) the education and training of those engaged in the prison and probation services and the criminal justice system in the rehabilitation and education of prisoners and ex-prisoners.
