HISTORICAL MEMORY TRUST

To promote human rights (as set out in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and subsequent United Nations conventions and declarations) in countries of the former Soviet Union and the Warsaw Pact by providing grant funding for all or any of the following means: research into human rights issues; educating the public on human righs issues; raising awareness of human rights issues.
