1. To promote the benefit of the inhabitants of Crosskeys and the neighbourhood (hereafter called the area of benefit) in a common effort to improve the well-being of the inhabitants in the interests of social welfare through the advancement of education, recreation and leisure time occupation, training and employment opportunities.
