PATIENT SAFETY WATCH

Patient Safety Watch will promote, preserve and protect the health of the public by carrying out and commissioning research into patient safety issues. We will focus on the nature of preventable harm and how to reduce it in healthcare systems around the world, focusing initially on the NHS in England.
