The relief of those men, women and their families in need who:. work or worked on the sea; or. active, or retired members of the armed forcesin the United Kingdom but with priority given to those in need in the unitary authority of Medway by the provision of grants to individuals and other charitable organisations to promote spiritual, moral and physical well being.
