EWCA shall provide a) for the welfare of wheelchair users by promoting wheelchair curling. b) promoting the benefits to W/C users without discrimination. c) advance the publics education of W/C Curling. d) provides a framework to enable W/C users to play the sport either recreationally or at all competitive levels.
