THE ELWYN THOMAS MEMORIAL FUND

To hold the net residuary estate of the late Mr Thomas Elwyn Thomas and the income thereof upon trust to pay, transfer or apply the same to or for the benefit of such of the Charities (listed at clause 8(a) of Mr Thomas' will) and if more than one in such shares and in such manner generally as the Trustees shall in their absolute discretion think fit.
