To relieve the suffering of the dogs in Romania by providing appropriate care, protection, treatment, rehoming andsecurity for dogs in desperate need of care by reason of sickness,maltreatment, poor circumstances or ill usage.We also seek to educate the public in matters pertaining to animal welfare in general and the prevention of cruelty and suffering.
