My Pro Skills deliver a range of activities and sports in schools, including multi-skills for younger children, bikeability, football, netball, rugby, gymnastics, bench ball, Danish longball and cricket, with the aim of encouraging children (aged 3 to 16 in Hull, East Riding and Northern Lincolnshire) to participate in physical activity on a regular basis to help reduce obesity levels
