The raising of funds and the use of those funds to provide facilities and assistance to the residents of the St Minver Parishes to improve their quality of life. In particular to provide and then run a Community Hub for existing and additional local groups including Guides, Scouts and Football Club but also having space and facilities for many other groups and activities
