The charity promotes the provision of recreation facilities or other leisure time occupation of individuals and families who have need of such facilities by reason of their youth, age, infirmity or disablement, financial hardship or social and welfare with the objects of improving the life, health and wellbeing of the inhabitants of Hailey, Oxfordshire.
