(1) The provision of housing for persons who are in need, financial hardship or distress;(2) Such exclusively charitable purposes for the benefit of the Beneficiaries or a sufficient section of them as the charity trustees decide;(3) The relief, either generally or individually of persons resident in the Area of benefit who are in conditions of need, hardship or distress, by making grants.
