The charity's objects are, for the public benefit, to promote human rights (as set out in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and subsequent United Nations conventions and declarations) throughout the world. The charity has conducted legal and policy work with authorities, international organizations and with national and local civil society organizations on behalf of migrants and refugees.
