ORGANISATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF OPPORTUNITIES FOR ALL PALOP - AFRICAN COUNTRIES WITH PORTUGUESE AS AN OFFICIAL LANGUAGE (ODOAP)

Services are provided in practice through a 1:1 coaching session to improve skills and confidence in three key areas; education, digital and employability (both 1:1 and potentially group settings). The 1:1 support are both menus based, and demand led to unemployed and/or economically inactive people to build confidence in financial, digital, and employment-related skills.
