To make grants to enable the Managers or Governors of any Voluntary Aided or Special Agreement school in the former Metropolitan Borough of Fulham in which religious instruction is given in accordance with the doctrines of the Church of England, to comply with their obligations under the Education Acts, 1996 to 2011.
