To enhance the development and education of Pre-School children by offering appropriate play, education and care facilities, family learning for children attending Thorndown Pre-School.To provide funding to support appropriate play and care facilities and family learning ensuring that such provision offers opportunities to all children regardless of race or culture, means or abilities.
