To maintain Scarr Bandstand as a site of local heritage, recreation, culture and education withoutdistinction of political, religious or other opinions for the public benefit of the Forest of Dean. To promote wide ranging free to attend, and paid for, cultural activities at Scarr Bandstand for the public benefit.
