WORCESTERSHIRE PARENT AND CARERS' COMMUNITY

Provides support to children and young people with a disability and to their families and carers, in particular through provision of family inclusive short breaks and activities, practical and emotional support and information and training for parents and carers. Works with the relevant authorities in developing local services for people with a disability.
