To advance in life and help children and young people aged between 6 and 24resident in Wakefield and the surrounding area through:(a) the provision of support and activities which develop their skills, capacities and capabilities to enable them to participate in society as mature and responsible individuals.(b) the provision of recreational and leisure time activities.
