To advance the education of young people up to the age of twenty-one, from severely disadvantaged backgrounds and living in developing countries, by working with charitable organisations and/or local NGOs selected at the discretion of the trustees, to provide advice and assistance, organise programs of educational and other activities, and providing scholarships for study.
