The delivery of sessions across schools, predominantly through:- Motivational speaking to encourage healthy wellbeing through fitness. - PSHE lessons to help young people recognise and manage their own mental health. - Fitness classes for students.- One to one fitness sessions for students struggling with behaviour issues for their mental health.- Training sessions for staff.
