for the public benefit to relieve the needs of asylum seekers and refugees and their dependents living in Mansfield and the surrounding area and in particular a)to advance their education and training, b) to preserve and protect their health, c) to provide facilities for recreation to improve their conditions of life and d) to relieve their financial hardship.
