BLOC PRODUCTIONS

(1) To engage the public in the appreciation of dramatic and operatic arts by promoting andperforming musical theatre, or other dramatic works;(2) To educate members of the CIO and the wider community by providing opportunities for themto learn and develop skills in the said arts;(3) To develop leadership, performance and technical opportunities for members of the CIO in thesaid arts;
