In the interests of social welfare and with the object of improving the conditions of life of people for whom the facilities and activities are primarily intended, to organise, provide or assist with provision of activities and facilities for healthy recreation, especially but not exclusively by playing or otherwise participating in the game of cricket and cricket related activities.
