The provision and maintenance of a hall for the use of the inhabitants of Wark and surrounding villages without distinction of political, religious other opinions includes use for: a) meetings, lectures and classes b) other forms of recreation and leisure time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life of the inhabitants.
