We are a mental health and wellbeing charity based in the North East of England with a focus on empowering adults aged 21 and above using the three peaks of Education, Exercise and Environment. We provide signposting, peer support and training in the community and to professionals. Our aim is to contribute to a world where we all have the tools to understand and better manage our mental wellbeing.
