To promote and support the arts in Northumberland through a variety of means and projects including (although not exclusively), (i) Books By The Sea, (ii) publication of original work including poetry, photography, illustrations and writing, (ii) provision of creative arts retreats and awards at and (iv) the provision and support of art installations.
