DURHAM DALES PARISH NURSING

The charity provides holistic care, with an emphasis on mental and spiritual health, to people living in the Durham Dales area, through provision of a parish nursing programme. It provides support and signposting, and works collaboratively with other community groups and health providers in the area to improve the mental health of people living there.
