To promote and raise awareness, for the public benefit, conservation, protection and recovery of the permafrost through prevention and/or mitigation of the impact of climate change on the permafrost and prevention and/or mitigation of the impacts of the thawing permafrost has on climate change by releasing dangerous levels of methane.
