The CIO aims to benefit the public by preventing, protecting, and relieving sickness in those with spinal problems through: raising awareness among the public and healthcare professionals, supporting education on evidence-based diagnosis and management, providing a forum for studying spinal conditions, promoting impactful research and best practices, and advocating for spinal patient interests.
