The activities are led by the volunteers to keep members occupied and engaged. The activities include puzzles, quizzes, games, arts and crafts to promote cognitive function with an element of reminiscence. The importance of music and gentle movement to help with memory is also an important focus and part of the clubs ethos. The location for the sessions is a hired Community Church Hall
