Support and undertake research on the history, antiquities, culture, languages, literature, art, institutions, customs and natural history of Libya and Northern Africa;Organise and promote missions to the region for these purposes;Arrange publication of research in these fields and hold lectures and meetings;Publish an annual Journal and other publications concerning the region.
