The provision, management and upkeep of a villagehall for the benefit of the inhabitants of the Parish of Barton Bendish in the County ofNorfolk including use for meetings, lectures, classes, and for other forms of recreation andleisure-time occupation, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the saidinhabitants.
