THE SOUTHEND CARE BANK

The objections of the CIO is the alleviation of the effects of hygiene poverty by way of operating a personal care and hygiene bank in the City of Southend-on-Sea. The Care Bank will serve the community primarily, but not exclusively, by providing free personal hygiene and household products for adults and children on a self-referral basis.
