To promote the voluntary sector for the public benefit in Peterborough and the surrounding area, in particular by building capacity and skills among community leaders through the provision of training, mentoring and practical support designed to equip such leaders to improve the services offered by voluntary organisations in terms of efficiency, effectiveness and quality.
