WAITBY AND SMARDALE VILLAGE HALL FUND

New activity re rent for parish field beginning April 2009. The trustees are working to finalize a written contract regarding the rental of the Parish field. This should establish a written audit trail between the tenant and the Waitby & Smardale village hall Association.
