The provision and maintenance of East Woodhay Village Hall for the use of the inhabitants of North West Hampshire and West Berkshire without distinction of political, religious or other opinions including use for:a) meetings, lectures and classes andb) other forms of recreation and leisure-time occupation with the objective of improving the condition of life for the inhabitants.
