The objects of the CIO are:3.1 people living in the Midlands of the UK and in particular Leicestershire:3.1.1 to promote the education3.1.2 to provide facilities for recreation or other leisure time occupation3.1.3 to promote the preservation of mental health3.1.4 to relieve emotional distress3.2 the relief of those in need anywhere in the world by reason of financial hardship
