The organisation benefits people in the York area (UK) who are marginalised, socially disconnected, have a record of unlawful behaviour or an addiction and who struggle to obtain and sustain employment. This is carried out by providing work-based employment opportunities, both paid and voluntary, with one-to-one mentoring to facilitate the employment.
